
Guidelines for ethical business behavior at Extrem Gastro Germany
Our business principles form an integral part of our culture of compliance. Following these principles is not only firmly anchored in our self-image, but also a promise to our valued customers. Violations of our business principles will not be tolerated in our community or within our company.
Compliance is above all a question of a solid corporate culture. Only together can we bring them to life. Our values in matters of compliance and the fundamental principles of Extrem Gastro help us in our daily business:

There may be situations in which it is better to have conversations outside of the immediate environment. In such cases, incidents can also be reported via our whistleblower system. Each individual report will be treated appropriately and the whistleblower will not receive any adverse treatment as a result of a report made in good faith. Of course, we also protect affected colleagues from unjustified accusations. A structured and transparent procedure exists for all relevant cases. A committee consisting of representatives from compliance, HR, legal and audit departments ensures that every report is processed fairly and consistently.
Strict separation of personal and company interests:
Our actions exclusively represent the interests of Extrem Gastro. Personal and professional matters remain clearly separated. If we are unsure, we seek advice from our superiors or the compliance officer.
Do not offer unjustified advantages:
When working with business partners and authorities, we refrain from offering unjustified advantages. Our actions are based on fair performance, and if there is any uncertainty, we proactively seek discussions with superiors or the compliance officer.
No use of the position for personal benefits:
When selecting business partners, we do not demand or accept any personal advantages. Our decisions are based solely on the best interests of our customers and the company.
Confidential handling of company information:
We treat confidential information with the utmost care and only share it within regular business processes. Information from the company will not be passed on without express permission.
Respecting the rules of fair competition:
In accordance with antitrust law, we refrain from agreements with competitors or suppliers regarding relevant competitive information.
Respect for applicable law:
Our actions are always consistent with laws and company policies. We stay up to date on relevant regulations and actively seek advice from the Compliance Officer if we are uncertain.
Fair employer:
We advocate for fair working conditions, respect labor regulations and support the right of workers to organize in accordance with national laws.
Equal treatment for everyone:
Discrimination in any form will not be tolerated. We treat all employees with respect and protect them from discrimination and harassment.
